We would like to introduce you to our proposals to redevelop the existing Buck Barn service station and drive-thru McDonald’s and Costa Coffee on the A24 Worthing Road – and we welcome your views.
 

The site is currently home to a petrol station, a car wash, a retail unit, and a drive-thru McDonald’s.

Although there has been a McDonald’s on the site since the early 2000s,  there are long-term, serious issues with road safety, littering, the environmental performance of the building and the layout of the site. The redevelopment of the site will finally resolve these issues.
